Water

Water is life, and drinking more of it will improve your general health. Similarly, water is essential for dental health. Water removes away any food particles that may have remained in the mouth following a meal. Plaque and tartar are formed as a result of the buildup of food particles, and this eventually leads to tooth loss, decay, and cavities. Having a lot of saliva is helpful for your mouth because it washes away any leftover food particles. Plaque is a breeding place for bacteria and diseases, and when they mix, they produce acid, which eats away at the tooth enamel. The enamel is a protective covering that exposes the diseased pulp while also protecting the dentin. Cavities occur, which can lead to dental decay, tooth loss, and tooth sensitivity. The meal leftovers will be rinsed away if you have a lot of saliva. Water consumption increases saliva production in the mouth.
