Brushing alone will not remove the food particles that hide between the teeth. Flossing after you brush will help remove these particles and reduce instances of decay and bad breath. You may follow flossing with an anti-cavity or antiseptic mouthwash, allowing you to enjoy fresher breath and healthier teeth throughout the day.
